Called by the cell object to periodically notify the grid control about the button-press event. This method is used by built-in UpDown cell buttons to periodically increment/decrement the numeric values inside cells when the user holds pressed the up/down part of a built-in UpDown button. The method keeps an internal message loop and returns when the user releases the mouse button or any cancel event (e.g. activation of other process) occurs. The method returns true if succeeded.
