Properties

m_bmpTransparentBk Bitmap serving as a base upon which a brush used for filling image areas with a transparent color is created. If this bitmap is empty when DoModal() is called, the dialog creates the white bitmap which is shaded with gray diagonals like in the icon editor in MS Office XP.
m_brushTransparentBk Brush used for filling image areas with a transparent color. If this brush is empty when DoModal() is called, the dialog automatically creates the brush based on the m_bmpTransparentBk bitmap.
m_dwColorPaletteStyles Additional styles of CExtImageEditWnd, which are used for the m_wndColorPalette property. They are set when constructing the object.
m_dwIconEditorStyles Additional styles of CExtImageEditWnd, which are used for the m_wndIconEditor property. They are set when constructing the object.
m_dwIconViewerStyles Additional styles of CExtImageEditWnd, which are used for the m_wndIconViewer property. They are set when constructing the object.
m_icon The CExtCmdIcon object keeps both the image to be edited and the edited one.
m_strAlternateCaption Alternative caption for the dialog, which is used when the m_strAlternateCaption string is not empty.
m_strProfileEntryIconEditor Name for the registry value. The value stores settings for the editing window.
m_strProfileEntryWindow Name for the registry value. The value stores settings for the dialog window.
m_strProfileSection Name for the registry section. Under this registry key the settings for the dialog and editing windows are kept.
m_wndColorPalette The object of type CExtColorPaletteWnd is used for displaying the color palette and for selecting colors.
m_wndIconEditor The object of type CExtImageEditWnd is used as an editing area with zooming capability.
m_wndIconTools Toolbar with buttons for selecting editing tools.
m_wndIconViewer The object of type CExtImageEditWnd is used as a view area with with scale equal to zero.

OnAskSaveChanges The method is called when the dialog is closed after the OK button has been pressed. The method allows the developer to output messages about whether the results of editing should be saved.
